2009 PA Pre Application Workshop
The Agency will be holding an information session for its 2009 PennHOMES/Low Income Tax Credit Programs on August 12, 2008. The purpose of this session is to provide updates to our 2009 Programs and review and discuss the 2009 Selection Criteria.

Oklahoma Cycle Two LIHTC Applications
17 applications were submitted on July 3, 2008 for LIHTC consideration. The total amount of credits requested were $6,714, 513 with a project cap of $500,000 credits. 732 total units are proposed. Good luck to all applicants.
